Here's the whole group after our perseverance activity! Thanks again to all the volunteers!
In math this week we will learn about line plots, work a little bit more on bar graphs and picture graphs, and take the chapter 2 test. We will end the week starting the basics of multiplication (at least I hope to get that far)!!
In social studies we are working on our mapping skills, thinking about north, south, east, and west. In science we will learn a little about Newton's Law and further discuss the forces of flight.
I'd like to introduce you all to our Junior Field student from MSUB, Miss Hernandez. She started last Wednesday and she will be with us Monday-Thursday mornings for the next couple months. Miss Hernandez will be observing, helping out in the classroom, and teaching a couple lessons. We are very excited to have her here and I can already tell she is going to do a wonderful job!!
