NAIA Women's Basketball Team Presentation
On Tuesday 3rd grade had the great opportunity to meet one of the Women's NAIA basketball teams that are in Billings this week for a tournament. The team we met was here all the way from LSU-Shreveport in Louisiana. The ladies talked to the kids about their 5 pillars: respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship, and servant leadership. They then played some games to apply these traits. It was a lot of fun and really a neat experience! If you have the chance to go support the tournament please do!!
Valentine's Day Party
What a fun party! Thank you to all the mom's who came to help! If you click on one of the pictures they will get a little bigger and easier to look through! Enjoy!
In case you missed the program or just want to watch your cute kiddos again, here are their three songs. :)
RMC Airport Hanger Field Trip
Halloween STEM Activity
The kids had to work together to build a Bone Bridge using only Q-tips, pipe cleaners, and popsicle sticks. It needed to be an inch above ground and it was supposed to be an inch wide. This was a tough activity and the kids really had to persevere through it!! Some completed the task and some didn't, but the point was to use some brain power and attempt a plan, which they all did!!
Halloween Family Fun Night
The kids had to work as a team to find the correct path across the grid. They showed great teamwork and didn't give up even when the path was tricky!
