This week in reading we will be focusing on the essential question: How do teams work together? This is a topic of conversation that comes up often so it will be fun to dig in a little deeper on the idea this week! We will continue practicing the skill of identifying author's point of view as well as asking and answering questions throughout our reading as a comprehension strategy. We have had some awesome opinion writing happening so far so I am excited for us to continue strengthening that this next week!
In math we will continue with time intervals as well as move into measuring length and volume. This will include making line plots to show data regarding measurements. Please continue to practice multiplication and division facts at home!
We will be working hard on our Wax Museum projects this week. Again, this will be happening on Friday, April 26th, so make sure to mark your calendars!
Please, if you have not already, make sure to return report cards. Don't forget to check off whether or not you would like to meet for a conference. :)
I hope that you all have a wonderful weekend and enjoy this nice weather!!
