In reading this week we are learning more about animal adaptations and how they survive in extreme environments. We will focus on the skills of monitoring comprehension, comparing and contrasting, analyzing idioms, and noun suffixes. during our writing time we will finish up everything on our hero projects and use the time to practice our speeches.
In math we will begin the week with continuing comparing fractions and finding equivalent fractions. Later in the week we will start working on time to the minute, elapsed time, and time intervals. Please continue practicing multiplication and division at home!
We will be using our social studies and science time this week to make sure we are prepared for the wax museum. On Monday we will be making a timeline of our heroes life to add to our poster boards.
