We have a fun week coming up! There is no school on Monday, it is a PIR day for the teachers, so enjoy the long weekend! Then on Wednesday we have our dress rehearsal for the 3rd grade musical, "It's a Hit". Ms. Waddell would like you to wear your outfit for both the dress rehearsal and performance on Thursday. She would like jeans or baseball pants and then baseball jerseys or a plain t-shirt. She also said that baseball caps are ok as well. Our performance for the parents will be on Thursday, April 6th at 8:45.
In reading this week our essential question is: How can we reuse what we already have? We will focus on the skills of summarizing, point of view, and homographs. In writing we still have a couple kiddos finishing up fictional narratives, otherwise we are working on research for the wax museum and beginning our reports.
In math this week we will continue to practice perimeter and area.
