This week we are doing our spring NWEA testing. We will be testing on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30-10:30. Please make sure your kiddo has a good breakfast and gets a good night sleep! They are allowed to have gum for this testing, if they have a special type they like they are welcome to bring it, otherwise I will provide some.
Throughout the week we will also be working on our wax museum projects. Last week the kids worked very hard and most of them are working on typing their final draft, working on a timeline, or working on their speech. We will continue to work from wherever they are at for this week.
Wednesday is Secretary's Day. We get to honor Mrs. Derrig. To make this day extra special for her we are all planning on wearing blue, her favorite color. We will do something for her as a class and deliver it to her on Wednesday!
For reading this week we will just be catching up on a couple stories we didn't finish last week, so still focusing on the same essential question: How do teams work together? In math we will continue geometry and learn about different types of lines, as well as different quadrilaterals.
